Double IPA with a constantly changing recipe, experimenting with new malts and new hop varieties with every iteration.
European folklore tells the tale of Changelings, or children that were swapped by trolls or fairies when they were young and replaced with an Animorphus replacement. Trolls believed that their own offspring would be more respected if they were raised by humans and sought to give them a human upbringing. However, only an unbaptized child could be taken and swapped out. In most cases this was used to explain why a young child came down with a sudden illness or was born with a deformation. Additionally, there were some unique methods used to retrieve their own child and get rid of the Changeling.
As these Changelings grew they could take on any shape or look. They were Animorphus individuals. In some folklore they only grew uglier as they aged and continued to take on new identities. But they are ever changing and always different.
Our Animorphus beer is a constantly changing beer. In our case no trolls, fairies or nymphs are involved in its creation, though we can’t say what goes on when no one is around in the brewery. Either way we recommend that you come back and have a taste every time a new batch is released.
