American IPA brewed Wakatu, El Dorado, Warrior & Chinook, conditioned with white peach & pink guava puree.
Stealing a neighbor’s fruit was a common pastime in Medieval times. So much so that the act had its own word in Olde English, Scrumpit. Some of the more pleasurable fruits like peaches, of course, have fuzz on it making for an even more fun word to say. Can you say Fuzzy Scrumpit?
Peaches have been cultivated in Europe since 300 BC and were common around the Mediterranean Sea during Roman times. During the Renaissance era peaches were common in artwork of the time and it was believed that they represented the heart with the attached leaf representing the tongue, or speaking the truth from the heart. A ripe peach also represented good health.
