Jared Barnes, head brewer, was born and raised in York. After attending the Siebel Institute Master Brewers Course and finishing his education at Doemens Academy in Munich Germany for Brewing Technology, Jared began his brewing career at Southern Tier Brewing Company in New York. He has since lead brewing operations at Darwin Brewing Company in Florida, Mispillion River Brewing in Delaware, and most recently was the head brewer at Wyndridge Farms in Dallastown, PA until May of 2015. His beers have won awards at both World Beer Cup and Great American Beer Festival, as well as Best Florida Beer Championships and Delaware State Championship.
Citrus and tropical fruit notes with hints of pine and resin.
Loaded with fruit forward dank hops.

Light straw in color, with a dry mouthfeel.

Bros Before Gose
A sour wheat beer brewed w/coriander, salt & raspberries
Notes of dark fruit, chocolate, plums, & cherries
A crisp beer hopped using all Wakatu hops from New Zealand
Tart and light German wheat beer soured with a pro-biotic house lactobacillus blend
A cream ale that is steeped on fresh lime zest and mint leaves.
Aged on cacao nibs, coffee beans, and vanilla beans.
Oak Aged Wheatwine
Aged on Spanish Cedar, Sugar Maple, Cypress, and French Oak
Sweet malt character and a complex fruity ester driven and yeasty aroma
Imperial Cherry Berlinerweiss
Fermented w/Brettanomyces & soured with our house Lactobacillus blend, then aged on Montmorency & Balaton cherries.
Hopped using all Sorachi Ace hops from Japan
Aged on white peaches.
